由中國(guó)文化娛樂(lè)行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)、廣東鴻威國(guó)際會(huì)展集團(tuán)有限公司聯(lián)合主辦，武漢鴻威國(guó)博會(huì)展有限公司承辦的“2020中國(guó)文化娛樂(lè)產(chǎn)業(yè)博覽會(huì)、2020第七屆武漢國(guó)際電玩及游樂(lè)游藝展覽會(huì)”定于2020年7月10-12日在武漢國(guó)際博覽中心舉辦。鴻威武漢游樂(lè)展已成功舉辦六屆，每一屆展會(huì)都是一次新的突破與創(chuàng)新，在不斷轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的推動(dòng)下，鴻威武漢游樂(lè)展打通文化娛樂(lè)、游樂(lè)全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈，展品范圍覆蓋電子游戲、游樂(lè)游藝設(shè)備、VR&AR、兒童樂(lè)園設(shè)備、動(dòng)畫動(dòng)漫、網(wǎng)頁(yè)游戲、手機(jī)游戲、實(shí)景體驗(yàn)、歌舞娛樂(lè)等全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈，以新思想、新面貌、新產(chǎn)品、新技術(shù)、新方法的全新理念舉辦，推動(dòng)文娛、游樂(lè)上下游產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈融合發(fā)展。

The 7th Wuhan International Game and Amusement Fair (GAF 2020) and the 4th China International Culture and Entertainment Industry Expo (CCEE 2020) will be held in Wuhan International Expo Center, China on July10^th to 12^th, 2020. GAF has been successfully held for 6 years, making new breakthrough and innovation one after another. With the growing transformation and upgrade, GAF has opened up the whole industrial chain of culture, entertainment and amusement, including video games, VR&AR, the equipment of children's paradise, animation, etc. GAF is making its effort to promote the development of culture and entertainment industry.

【GAF 2020上屆回顧】Review of GAF 2019

2019年3月10日，由中國(guó)文化娛樂(lè)行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)、廣東鴻威國(guó)際會(huì)展集團(tuán)有限公司聯(lián)合主辦，武漢鴻威國(guó)博會(huì)展有限公司承辦的“2019中國(guó)文化娛樂(lè)產(chǎn)業(yè)博覽會(huì)、武漢國(guó)際電玩及游樂(lè)游藝展覽會(huì)”在武漢國(guó)際博覽中心圓滿落下帷幕。本屆展會(huì)展出面積達(dá)40000平方米，參展企業(yè)500家，展會(huì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)集中展出文化娛樂(lè)、電玩游戲、電子競(jìng)技、游樂(lè)游藝設(shè)備、兒童樂(lè)園、VR&AR、動(dòng)畫動(dòng)漫、網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲、手機(jī)游戲、歌舞娛樂(lè)、轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)融合創(chuàng)新成果等，千款新品同臺(tái)競(jìng)技，吸引了眾多海內(nèi)外采購(gòu)商和專業(yè)觀眾觀展。

On March 10^th, 2019, GAF 2019 and CCEE 2019 were successfully rounded off in Wuhan International Expo Center. Covering an area of 40,000 square meters, the exhibition attracted 500 exhibitors. There were a lot of exhibits on the scene including video games, VR&AR, animation, electronic sports, amusement games, mobile games, Internet culture, entertainment, etc. GAF 2019 left a deep impression for the buyers and visitors from all over the world.

【GAF 2020參展須知】Exhibitor Instruction

1、展會(huì)證件：標(biāo)準(zhǔn)展位每個(gè)核發(fā)參展證2個(gè)，空地展位每9m²核發(fā)參展證1 個(gè)，超出參展證收工本費(fèi)20元/個(gè)。布撤展車證工本費(fèi)50元/個(gè)；特裝展位每9m²辦理裝修施工證一個(gè)，工本費(fèi)20元/個(gè)。

Exhibition Badges: each standard booth will be provided with 2 exhibitor badges while each 9 sq.m. booth of raw space will have one exhibitor badges; RMB 50 for each freight license, RMB 20 for each construction license;

 

2、收費(fèi)服務(wù)：所有收費(fèi)服務(wù)項(xiàng)目，如水、電、氣、網(wǎng)、桌、椅等，均須在展前15天前提交申請(qǐng)并交費(fèi)，否則加收50%服務(wù)費(fèi)用，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)申請(qǐng)加收100%費(fèi)。

Exhibition Fee: all exhibition fee including service for water, power leasing, facilities rental shall be paid off 15 days before the opening of the fair, otherwise extra 50% service fee will be charged; for on-site application, 100% service fee will be charged;

 

3、相關(guān)規(guī)定：任何展商確保參展期間不展出假冒偽劣、侵犯知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的產(chǎn)品；遵守有關(guān)安全消防規(guī)定，服從大會(huì)統(tǒng)一安排，若違反這些規(guī)定，組委會(huì)有權(quán)將其展品清出展場(chǎng)或移交公安、知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)局等單位處理,且其所交展位費(fèi)不予退還。

Rule and regulations: any infringement of intellectual property rights or fake commodities are forbidden during the exhibition. All rules and regulations of the exhibition shall be obeyed. Otherwise, exhibits will be confiscated and exhibition fees will not be refunded;

 

4、若因不可抗力因素（如戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)、動(dòng)亂、自然災(zāi)害、疫情、恐怖襲擊和政府臨時(shí)措施及行政命令等）導(dǎo)致展會(huì)停辦，雙方不再履行展會(huì)合同，不追究對(duì)方違約責(zé)任。雙方若遇爭(zhēng)議應(yīng)友好協(xié)商解決，協(xié)商不能解決的，任何一方可直接向展會(huì)舉辦方所在地具管轄權(quán)的人民法院提起訴訟。

Either party shall not abide by this agreement in the case of Party A failing to hold the exhibition due to war, social turmoil, natural disaster, terrorist attack or any other force majeure which can not be predicted, controlled, avoided or overcome by the relative party. For any party, it has the right to file a lawsuit as long as the disputes could not be settled through negotiation.
